Irvington Garden Club Hosts Farmer's Markets This Summer

The Irvington Garden Club will host a Farmers' Market from noon - 3 p.m., Sunday June 11, at Ellenberger Park, 5301 St. Claire Street. Fresh produce, baked goods, flowers, crafts and more plus free entertainment.

Held the second Sunday of each month, the July market will be
highlighted by a bicycle decorating contest. In August the Club will partner with the Irvington Guild of Artists for their annual "Walk in the Park Art Show." The theme of September's market will be the "Dog Days of September" with dog tricks and a look-a-like contest.
A pumpkin carving contest will held in October.

International Truck & Engine Corporation, Sommer Barnard, Pleasant Run Golf Course and Advanced Embroidery Plus are sponsoring this year's markets.
